German Apple Pie

- ●1/2 cup wensleydale cheese
- ●4 intensely sweet applessuch as honeycrisp
- ●1/4 cup american sugar
- ●1 tsp american cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place in a pie dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the wensleydale cheese, sweet apples, sugar, and cinnamon.

Fill the pie crust with the apple mixture and dot the top with butter.

Roll out the remaining pie crust and use to cover the pie.

Crimp the edges and cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
