Canadian Duck Wrap
A fusion of Indian flavors with a Canadian twist, featuring duck and wrap in a delicious and energizing dish.
Ingredients
- β1 Canadian duck breastBoneless and skinless
- β2 Indian wrap
- β1/2 Cucumber
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Mint chutneyHomemade or store-bought
- β1 tsp Sesame oilFor brushing duck
- β1 tsp Garam masala
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the duck breast with salt, black pepper, and garam masala.

Brush sesame oil on both sides of the duck breast.

Place the duck breast on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the Indian wraps in a toaster or oven for a few minutes.

Slice the roasted duck breast into thin strips.

Assemble the wraps by placing the duck strips on one half of the wrap, followed by cucumber slices and cilantro.
