Ukrainian Charred Frittata
A hearty Ukrainian-style frittata with charred vegetables and a crispy crust.

- β1 ukrainian sausageKielbasa or Ukrainian sausage
- β1 onionChopped onion
- β2 cloves garlicMinced garlic

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the charred peppers into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the Ukrainian sausage into thin rounds.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.
