Spicy Moroccan Squid Skewers
Deliciously spicy and flavorful Moroccan-style squid skewers, perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients
- β500g Squid tubesFresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor brushing skewers
- β2 Chopped onionAbout 1 cup
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsleyChopped
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantroChopped
- β2 tablespoons Chopped fresh mintAbout 1/4 cup
- β2 tablespoons Spicy harissaAdjust to taste
- β2 tablespoons Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon SaltFor seasoning
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepperFor seasoning

3. Thread the squid, onion, parsley, cilantro, and mint onto skewers.
