Smoky Peruvian Oat Bowl
A fusion of Chinese and Peruvian flavors, this smoky oat bowl is a hearty and filling breakfast option.
Ingredients

- β1/2 pound chicken breast
- β1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- β1/4 teaspoon peruvian aji amarillo pepper
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1/4 cup sliced scallions
- β1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- β1 tablespoon coconut oil

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, smoked paprika, and aji amarillo pepper.
