Smoked Turkey and Dutch Stew
A hearty, Italian-inspired stew featuring smoked turkey and Dutch carrots, perfect for a chilly evening.

- β1 pound Smoked Turkey BreastSlice into 1-inch pieces
- β2 medium Dutch CarrotsPeel and chop into 1-inch pieces
- β1 pound Intense Italian SausageSlice into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 medium OnionChop into 1-inch pieces
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 cup Red Wine
- β2 cups Chicken Broth
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
