Slovakian Pate Stuffed Salmon
A flavorful Slovakian-inspired salmon dish filled with a rich pate, perfect for a dinner party.

- β1/2 cup Slovakian Patehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Fresh Dill
- β Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the Slovakian pate, butter, and garlic.

Place a tablespoon of the pate mixture onto the center of each salmon fillet.

Top each fillet with a sprinkle of fresh dill.

Fold the salmon in half to enclose the filling.
