Uruguayan Beef Casserole
A hearty, comforting Uruguayan-inspired casserole featuring tender beef and rich flavors.

- β1 medium Onion
- β1 cup shredded Molten Cheese
- β2 tbsp Intense Tomato Paste
- β1 packet Uruguayan Casserole Mixavailable at Latin American markets
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add the casserole mix, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.

Drizzle the olive oil over the cheese.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
