Ingredients

- β4 slices prosciuttothinly sliced
- β4 leaves sage leavesfresh
- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β1 cup white winedry
- β1 cup chicken brothlow sodium
- β2 tablespoons butterunsalted

- β black pepperto taste
Instructions

Season the veal liver with salt and black pepper.
