Spicy Pork Hot Pot

Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shouldercut into thin slices
- β4 cups Hot pot brothstore-bought or homemade
- β2 teaspoons Intense chili flakesadjust to taste
- β1 bunch Chinese broccolicut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 medium Potatoescut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceoptional
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped, for garnish

Instructions

Bring the hot pot broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the intense chili flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
