Middle Eastern Fig Salad

- β2 cups Caramelized Figs
- β2 tablespoons Pomegranate Molasses
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Crushed Red Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Cut the figs in half and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until caramelized.
