Doraji and Com Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful Vietnamese-inspired stir fry made with doraji, com, and bellflower root.
Ingredients
- β2 cups DorajiRinsed and sliced
- β1 cup ComRinsed and sliced
- β1 large Bellflower RootPeel and slice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced doraji and com and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the sliced bellflower root and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, and stir-fry for another minute, or until the vegetables are well coated.

Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Note: If using bellflower root, be sure to cook it until it is tender, as it can be slightly bitter if undercooked.
