A healthier twist on classic French cuisine, this dish features lean chicken breast served in a light and flavorful sauce over a bed of quinoa and steamed vegetables.

- β1 packet french onion soup mixoptional
- β1 head steamed broccolifresh or frozen
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β salt and pepperto taste
- β1 cup low-fat milkoptional
