Walnut Crusted Salmon with Pilaf
A keto-friendly dish featuring pan-seared salmon with a crunchy walnut crust, served with a light and fluffy pilaf.
Ingredients

- β1 cup (chopped) WalnutsToasted and finely ground
- β1 cup (rinsed and drained) Pilaf Rice
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1/4 cup (chopped) Fresh Dill

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

In a shallow dish, mix together the chopped walnuts and a pinch of salt.

Dip each salmon fillet into the walnut mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
