Buttery Mediterranean Pudding Fritters

- β1 cup Mediterranean Fritter BatterHomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup Olive OilFor frying
- β1/4 cup Confectioners' SugarFor dusting
- β1/4 cup Fresh Mint LeavesFor garnish

Heat 1/2 cup olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Prepare the Mediterranean Fritter Batter according to the package instructions.

Pour the Buttery Pudding Mix into a large bowl and mix with 1/2 cup of cold water until smooth.

Add the prepared fritter batter to the pudding mix and stir until combined.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the pudding-fritter mixture into the hot oil.

Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
