Thai Mars Bar Dessert

- β1 cup Heavy Creamwhipped
- β1/2 cup Coconut Milkfull-fat
- β2 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Crush the Mars bars into small pieces.

In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, coconut milk, Thai red curry paste, and granulated sugar.

Whisk the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture simmers.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and crushed Mars bars.
