Smoky Polish Pork Dumplings
A hearty and flavorful Polish-inspired dish featuring tender pork dumplings smothered in a rich smoky sauce. Great for a cold winter evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β6 slices Bacon
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β10-12 wrappers Dumpling wrappers

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the pork shoulder to the bowl and mix until just combined.

4. Divide the dough into 10-12 equal pieces.

5. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

6. Place a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each circle.

7. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.

8. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
