Smoked Salmon Dutch Kofta
A fusion of Indian and Dutch flavors, this dish combines the rich taste of smoked salmon with the spices of the Dutch Kofta.

- β250g Smoked SalmonFlaked
- β2tsp Dutch Curry Powder
- β1tsp Roast Cumin
- β1inch GingerGrated
- β2tbsp Lemon Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 Green ChiliesChopped
- β1/2 cup BreadCrushed
- β1/4 cup CorianderChopped

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.

2. In a bowl, mix together smoked salmon, Dutch Curry Powder, roast cumin, ginger, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, green chilies, bread, and coriander.

3. Mix the ingredients well until they form a smooth paste.

4. Divide the mixture into 6-8 portions, depending on desired kofta size.

5. Shape each portion into a cylindrical shape.

6. Brush the koftas with a little oil and place them on the grill.

7. Cook the koftas for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they're cooked through.
