Italian Nutty Tiramisu Cake

- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- β1 cup Espressostrong brew
- β2 tbsp Unsalted Buttersoftened
- β2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Dip ladyfingers in espresso for 3-5 seconds on each side. They should be soft and pliable but not too wet.

In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
