Polish Potato and Cheese Pie
A hearty and comforting pie filled with potatoes, cheese, and a hint of polish flavor. Perfect for a cold evening.

- ●1 cup, shredded Cheese
- ●1/4 cup Butter
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●1 cup Milk
- ●2 cups All-purpose flour

- ●1 package Indulgent puff pastry

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender.
