Date Stuffed Tagine Chicken
A rich and flavorful North African-inspired dish featuring tender chicken stuffed with sweet dates, served over a bed of fluffy rice.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Pitted dates
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion, chopped
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 teaspoon Garam masala
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 cups Rice, uncooked

In a small bowl, mix together garam masala, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each chicken breast with pitted dates.
