- β4 tbsp Indulgent Butter
- β8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- β2 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
- β8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- β1/2 cup Chopped Scallions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.

Add soy sauce and whisk until combined.

Add mascarpone cheese and whisk until smooth.

Add mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.

Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until combined.

Transfer the macaroni mixture to a baking dish.
