Jamaican Bao Bites

- β2 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 lb Ground beef
- β1/2 cup Onions
- β1/2 cup Bell peppers
- β1/2 cup Potatoes
- β1 tsp All-purpose flour

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F.

Cut bao dough into small pieces and roll out each piece into a ball.

Roll out each ball into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onions, bell peppers, potatoes, and jerk seasoning to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.
