French Tomato Quiche
A rich and satisfying quiche filled with fresh tomatoes and cheese, perfect for a weekend brunch.
Ingredients
- ●2 large, diced Tomato
- ●4 large Eggs
- ●1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
- ●1 cup Grated cheese (Gruyère or Emmental)
- ●1 small, diced Onion
- ●2 cloves, minced Garlic
- ●to taste Salt and pepper
- ●1 sheet Pastry dough (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out pastry dough and place in a 9-inch tart pan.

In a large skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened.

Add diced tomatoes and cook until they start to release their juices.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and grated cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and onions in the skillet.

Pour the egg mixture into the pastry-lined tart pan.
