Baked Brie en Croûte
A French-inspired appetizer featuring a wheel of brie cheese baked in a flaky croissant crust.
Ingredients
- ●1 Wheel of Brie CheeseSoft, creamy cheese
- ●1 Puff Pastry SheetsFor the croissant crust
- ●2 tbsp Butter, softenedFor brushing the pastry
- ●1 sprig Fresh ThymeFor garnish
- ●1 tbsp HoneyOptional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the puff pastry and roll out to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Cut out a circle of pastry large enough to fit the brie cheese.

Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry circle.

Brush the edges of the pastry with the softened butter.

Fold the pastry over the cheese, pressing gently to seal.

Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the top of the pastry with the remaining butter.
