Moroccan Chicken Sellou

Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Olive oilfor cooking
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Cuminground
- β1 tsp Paprikaground
- β1/2 tsp Cinnamonground
- β1 cup Selloucrushed
- β2 tbsp Honeyfor glazing

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breasts with cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breasts until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
