- β1 cup Herb mixtureparsley, chives, thyme
- β1 sheet Flaky pastryhomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup Sugar, granulatedoptional
- β1 Egg, beatenfor egg wash

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry and place in a pie dish.
