Puff Pastry Galette Italiano

- β8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- β1/4 cup Raspberry Jam
- β1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- β2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β1 piece Lamination Dough (homemade or store-bought)
- β2 Galettes (homemade or store-bought)

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Transfer pastry to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, raspberry jam, and granulated sugar.
