Brazilian Keto Cheese Bread
A keto version of the classic Brazilian cheese bread, made with pao and indulgent cheese. Perfect for a low-carb snack.

- β1/2 cup (115g) Indulgent Cheese
- β1 large Egg
- β1/2 cup (60g) Almond Flour
- β1/4 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grate the pao and set aside.

Crumb the pao and mix with almond flour, xanthan gum, and salt in a bowl.
