Lamb Tagine Australian Style
A unique twist on traditional German cuisine, this dish combines tender lamb with the sweetness of Australian ingredients. Serve with a side of crusty bread for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Lamb shoulder
- β3 Australian lamb's wool onionsthinly sliced
- β1 cup Indulgent apricotsdried
- β2 tsp Tagine spicesground cinnamon, ginger, cumin, coriander
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 cup Red winedry

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to brown.

Add the lamb shoulder and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the tagine spices and cook for 1 minute.
