Serrano and Ham Frittata
A simple and flavorful breakfast dish featuring serrano peppers and ham, perfect for a quick morning meal.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup icyshredded icy cheese
- ●1 tsp mediterraneandried mediterranean seasoning
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Whisk together the eggs, salt, and mediterranean seasoning.

Heat a small skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped serrano pepper until softened.

Add the sliced ham to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.

Pour the whisked eggs over the ham and pepper mixture and cook until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle shredded icy cheese on top.
