Korean-Style Baked Potato
A simple and delicious recipe for a Korean-inspired baked potato. The spicy kick from the korean chili flakes pairs perfectly with the creamy texture of the potato.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup icyIcy cold butter, cut into small pieces

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and poke some holes in each with a fork.

Rub the potatoes with a little bit of icy cold butter and sprinkle with Korean chili flakes.

Sprinkle a pinch of baking powder on top of each potato.

Place the potatoes directly on the middle rack of the oven.
