Udupi-Style Vada Pav
A popular Indian street food from the Udupi region, this recipe combines crispy vada with soft pav bread.

- β1 tsp udupi
- β1/2 cup cold water icy
- β4 pav breads pav
- β2 vada patties vada
- β1/4 cup tamarind chutney indulgent

Boil the potatoes until tender. Let them cool and mash.

In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, udupi, and icy water. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 2 portions and shape each into a patty.

Heat oil in a pan for frying the vadas.

Fry the vada patties until golden brown.
