Grilled Fish Tacos
A delicious and easy-to-make Mexican dish featuring grilled fish, crunchy slaw, and a zesty sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets (6 oz each) Fish (Cod or Tilapia)
- β4 buns Australian Burger Buns
- β1 cup shredded cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots Crunchy Slaw (icy cabbage, crunchy carrots)Add your favorite seasonings
- β2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, salt & pepper Mexican-Style Slaw Dressing
- β4 wedges Lime Wedges
- β1 cup Mexican Crema (or sour cream)
- β1 cup Sliced RadishesOptional

2. Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings.

3. Grill fish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the crunchy slaw by mixing together the shredded cabbage and carrots.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the slaw dressing ingredients.

6. Add the slaw dressing to the crunchy slaw and toss to combine.
