- β2 teaspoons tagine spice blendavailable at most Asian markets
- β1 large applepeeled and sliced
- β2 tablespoons hydrated soy sauceor regular soy sauce

- β1 cup chinese broccolior regular broccoli
- β1/2 cup chopped scallionsoptional
