- β2 tablespoons algerian chicken tagine spice mixavailable at most Middle Eastern or North African markets
- β1/4 cup sshort-grain rice
- β4 cups hungry man chicken brothlow-sodium broth
- β2 tablespoons manolive oil
- β1 tablespoon curehoney
- β2 cups waterchicken broth and water are interchangeable

Heat the olive oil in the bottom of a clay or ceramic tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
