Traditional Norwegian Kjottkaker
A hearty and flavorful Norwegian meatball dish often served with potatoes and vegetables. This recipe serves four and can be prepared in under an hour.

- β500g Ground beef
- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1 cup Bjorsoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 large Egg
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β4 slices Flatbread

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, flour, bjor, onion, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

3. Use your hands to shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter.

4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of space between each meatball.

5. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

6. While the meatballs are baking, toast the flatbread slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
