Italian Hummus Panini

- β1/4 cup hummus
- β1 package (6-8 wraps) energizerItalian-style wraps
- β4 slices prosciutto
- β4 cups arugula
- β1/2 cup, shaved Parmesan cheese
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt

1. Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.

2. Spread 1-2 tbsp of hummus on the inside of each wrap.

3. Top the hummus with a slice of prosciutto, a handful of arugula, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

4. Drizzle the top with olive oil and season with salt.

5. Place the wraps in the press or grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
