Honeyed Grape Fritters

Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup honeyed
- ●1 cup flour
- ●enough for frying deep fry
- ●1/2 cup water

In a large bowl, combine grapes and honeyed. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the grapes to release their juice.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and water until a smooth batter forms.

Heat deep fry to 375°F (190°C).

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the grape mixture into the hot oil.

Fry the grape fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the fritters from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
