Indian Figs Kheer
A sweet and creamy Indian dessert made with figs, kheer, and a touch of honeyed goodness. This recipe is perfect for a warm evening.
Ingredients

- β6-8 Figsfresh or dried
- β2 tablespoons Honey
- β2 cups Milk
- β1/4 teaspoon Cardamomground
- β1 tablespoon Ghee or butteroptional

In a medium saucepan, combine kheer, milk, and cardamom. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the kheer is fully dissolved.

Add the honey and stir to combine.

Add the chopped figs and stir to combine.

If using ghee or butter, add it to the mixture and stir to combine.
