Moroccan Lamb Tagine
A traditional North African dish made with tender lamb and sweet spices.

- β1.5 pounds Lamb shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Honey
- β2 tablespoons Moroccan lamb tagine spice blend
- β2 medium Glazed carrots
- β1 cup Chicken broth
- β1/4 cup Raisins
- β1/4 cup Almondssliced

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high.

Add lamb and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add spice blend, honey, and broth. Cover and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2 hours, or until tender.

Add carrots and raisins to the pot and return to the oven.

Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
