Creamy Mushroom Soup
A comforting and flavorful soup made with sautéed mushrooms and a touch of herbed cream.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Spanish Olive Oil
- ●1/4 cup Herbed Cream
- ●2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- ●2 cups Chicken Broth
- ●1 clove Garlic
- ●to taste Salt
- ●1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley

In a large pot, heat the Spanish olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add the chicken broth, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
