Dutch-Style Fish with Papillote
A delicate fish dish cooked in a parchment bag with herbs and snappy vegetables. This recipe is a classic Dutch dish that is easy to prepare and requires minimal cooking time.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Chopped fresh herbs (parsley or dill)Fresh from the garden
- β1 medium Snappy carrotsWash and peel
- β1 cup Snappy green beansTrimmed and washed
- β1/4 cup Dutch cheese (Gouda or Edam)Grated

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the fish fillet with salt and black pepper.

Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet.

Dot the top of the fish with butter.

Place a few sprigs of fresh herbs on top of the fish.

Fold the parchment paper over the fish to create a papillote.

Meanwhile, toss the carrots and green beans with a little bit of butter and season with salt and pepper.

Add the carrots and green beans to the baking sheet for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
