Herbal Custard Quinua Pudding
A sweet and soothing dessert featuring quinua, herbal flavors, and a creamy custard.
Ingredients
- β1 cup rinsed and drained Quinua
- β1 cup steeped Herbal teacooled
- β1 cup store-bought or homemade Custard
- β2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- β1 tablespoon melted Unsalted butter
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- βpinch Salt
- β Whipped cream (optional)for serving

1. In a medium saucepan, combine quinua and herbal tea. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until quinua is tender.

2. In a separate saucepan, warm the custard over low heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the quinua mixture. Stir to combine.

4. Fold the warmed custard into the quinua mixture until well combined.
