- β1 package Crisp spring roll wrappersavailable at most chinese grocery stores
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 cup Vegetableshredded or finely chopped
- β1/4 cup Herbal hoisin saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp Syrian sumacoptional, for extra flavor
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Cut the spring roll wrappers into square shapes.

Place a tablespoon of vegetable mixture in the center of each wrapper.
