Sweet and Hearty Brazilian Chicken Fried Rice
A twist on traditional fried rice, this Brazilian-inspired dish features chicken and a sweet and savory sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 cups sweetened fried ricecooled
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 small oniondiced
- β1 small bell pepperdiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon sugaroptional

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
