Chinese Stew with Ginger

- β2 inches gingersliced
- β1 lb croatian stew beef stew meat
- β1 cup monsoon rice
- β2 heavily chopped onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp oyster sauce
- β1 tsp sugar
- β1 tsp cornstarch
- β2 cups water

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chopped onion and cook until it is translucent.

Add the stew beef and cook until browned.
