Decadent Chocolate Paella
A rich and indulgent dessert paella, perfect for chocolate lovers. This heavenly treat combines gooey chocolate with crunchy french cookies.

- ●150g Gooey CaramelFor an extra rich and sticky sauce
- ●120g French CookiesCrunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside
- ●200g Paella RiceSpecifically designed for paella dishes

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium saucepan, melt the heavenly chocolate over low heat.

Stir in the gooey caramel until well combined.

In a separate bowl, crush the french cookies into fine crumbs.

Add the crushed cookies to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a 20cm (8in) paella dish or skillet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
