Heavenly Andalusian Tart with Garlic Potatoes
A delicious and savory tart filled with the flavors of Andalusia, paired with crispy garlic potatoes.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, pitted Andalusian olives
- β1 cup, shredded Heavenly cheese
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 large, peeled and thinly sliced Potatoessee instructions for cooking
- β1 pre-made Tart crust
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh parsley
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the tart crust and place on a baking sheet.

Toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.

Meanwhile, layer the Andalusian olives and shredded Heavenly cheese on the tart crust.

Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Arrange the roasted potatoes on top of the tart filling.
