Hearty Woodfired Chicken Bake
A classic American-inspired dish featuring chicken baked to perfection in a woodfired oven. This hearty bake is a staple for any meal.
Ingredients

- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1/4 cup liver (optional)chopped (if using)
- ●2 tablespoons woodfired seasoning blendhomemade or store-bought
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing chicken
- ●1/4 cup chicken brothlow-sodium
- ●2 tablespoons buttermelted for brushing
- ●1/4 cup woodfired bread crumbshomemade or store-bought
- ●1/4 cup parmesan cheesegrated

Preheat the woodfired oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped liver (if using).

Season the chicken breast with the woodfired seasoning blend and rub it all over.

Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and brush it with olive oil.
